What area should I sign up for?

If you have never signed up before, its best to let our organizers assgin you to an area that needs help. You are always welcome to choose an area and if it is full we will reach out and let you know.

When will My area leader reach out to me?

The area leader will usually reach out to particpants a week or two before the event to confrim your attendence. Please email us if you have not received a call or email by then.

What Areas are best for kids?

Abbot's Lagoon, Point Reyes Station, and Muddly Hollw are all good for younger kids, but its's best to contact us and let our organizers know what birding level and age your child is so we can help place them where they will have the most fun and be around their peers.

Can I help if I can't hike?

YES! We need volnteers day of to help set up the Dance Palace for the dinner. Please contact us if you would like to volunteer. You can also help with a small donation to help us cover the cost of the event space, catering fees, and reimbursing the organizers for the cost of maintaining the website and for their time. Please use this link to make a small donation.
